Nurturing

Nicollo Pagadini is considered one of the greatest violinist of all time. His technique is superb, he was a virtuoso, perfroming his first concert at the age of 11.
When he died in 1840, he willed his violin to Genoe, Italy, the place of his birth BUT with one condition... that no other artist ever play his instrument again... Glad & honour to have the violin, the city's fathers put it in a beautiful case for everyone to view.

But wooden instruments have certain peculiarity... As long they are handled, they show no wear. BUT if one lay down unused, it begin to decay, which is happen to Pagadini's violin. His once unique & greatest instrument become worm-eaten & useless. Other violins of the same vintage have been handled down through the generations, from one gifted mucisianto another and they continue to bring great music to the world... BUT Pagadini's violin is not what it once was....

WE ARE ALSO THE SAME.....

We all already enter our adulthood,

having fun here & there and our lavish lifestyle won't do any good...

are you achieving something? how long are you going to rely your parent???

don't you ashame of your attitude???
don't attempt the same mistake twice or else you are really an idiot.... start to think!
our responsibility, our capability & what we capable to do cannot be set aside like Pagadini's violin. if you do not nurture it, your ability, grow will steadily decay until it is useless. BUT if you consistently work with it, trying to do your best although it is hard... it will bring forth "music" that will not only give you joy, but will also serves other and bring you success....
success is a continuing thing,
it is growth & development,
it is achieving one thing and using that as a stepping
stone to achieve soemthing else.

Nice story but you know what, sometimes even a rotten, sidelined-useless violin can be functioning as great as ever as long as it receives the master's touch! Haha. Think about it. Good day - D.M.B.L.
